TMB has an exciting opportunity for an Administrative Manager to provide support to a U.S. Navy program office.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and supervise daily administrative operations to support government contracting activities.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local government regulations related to contract administration.
  • Coordinate communication between internal departments and external government agencies.
  • Prepare, review, and maintain accurate documentation and reports required for contract management and audits.
  • Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency.
  • Oversee scheduling, resource allocation, and workflow management within the administrative team.
  • Assist in budget preparation and monitor expenditure related to administrative functions.
  • Lead training initiatives to ensure staff are knowledgeable about government contracting requirements and best practices.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite required.
  • Candidates with prior experience providing support to a DoD/DON acquisition program office desired.
  • Bachelor’s degree desired.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance.
