MISSION
Provide administrative oversight and executive coordination supporting PMS 339 Surface Training Systems programs. Ensure structured communication, scheduling discipline, and professional documentation support program leadership and training modernization efforts.
You enable senior leaders to execute complex training programs efficiently.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Coordinate meetings and briefing schedules for:
    • PMS 339 Program Manager
    • Deputy Program Manager
  • Prepare executive-level briefings and materials
  • Track high-visibility action items
  • Oversee administrative workflow and document control
  • Maintain database integrity and reporting accuracy
  • Ensure contractor personnel maintain access to DoD systems
  • Provide structured support during program reviews and milestone events
  • Deliver senior-level administrative oversight

  • This position is fully on-site a the Washington Navy Yard.

  • Knowledge of Defense Travel System (DTS)
  • Experience supporting senior Navy leadership

Compensation at Noblis is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the combination of education, certifications, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, internal and external equity, location, clearance level, as well as contract-specific affordability, organizational requirements and applicable employment laws. The projected compensation range for this position is based on full time status. For part time or on-call staff, compensation is proportionately adjusted based on hours worked. While monetary compensation is important, it's just one component of Noblis' total compensation package.

USD $34.52 - USD $53.92 /Hr.
