Our client is seeking a highly polished, organized professional who can provide executive-level administrative support while managing confidential information and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Job Description:
Addison Group is hiring an Executive Assistant on behalf of our client for a contract-to-hire opportunity. This role will provide high-level administrative support to multiple C-suite executives, including calendar management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and executive office operations. The ideal candidate will have strong executive presence, excellent communication skills, and experience supporting senior leaders in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide executive administrative support to senior leadership, including calendar management, meeting scheduling, and coordination of priorities
- Manage complex scheduling needs while ensuring alignment across internal and external stakeholders
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including itineraries and logistics
- Serve as a professional point of contact for executives, employees, and external partners
- Prepare meeting materials, track follow-ups, and support executive office initiatives
- Partner with executive leadership and the Chief of Staff on administrative and operational priorities
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion
- Assist with additional projects and administrative needs as assigned
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience supporting executives in an administrative or executive assistant capacity
- Experience supporting multiple C-suite executives simultaneously preferred
- Strong calendar management and meeting coordination experience required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly professional demeanor with strong executive presence
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience within the media, news, communications, or related industries is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
