At Davis Infrastructure, we support mission-critical infrastructure projects by delivering exceptional coordination, communication, and operational execution for our clients and partners. We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Coordinator who can lead daily project coordination efforts, manage schedules and deliveries, track project progress, and help drive successful project execution from kickoff through closeout.

This is not an entry-level administrative role. We are looking for someone who can take ownership, lead coordination efforts, manage multiple priorities, and proactively solve problems in a fast-paced project environment.


Position Summary

The Project Coordinator serves as a key operational leader supporting multiple ongoing projects simultaneously. This individual will coordinate schedules, shipments, deliveries, orders, documentation, and communication between customers, vendors, manufacturers, field teams, and internal departments.

The ideal candidate has experience supporting construction, infrastructure, data center, logistics, or technical projects and is comfortable managing timelines, tracking deliverables, organizing project documentation, and leading coordination efforts to keep projects moving successfully.

Strong communication skills, organization, urgency, and the ability to manage multiple complex projects at once are essential for success in this role.


Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage multiple active projects and orders simultaneously
  • Track project schedules, milestones, shipments, deliveries, and completion timelines
  • Communicate daily with customers, vendors, manufacturers, and internal teams regarding project status and scheduling updates
  • Coordinate equipment deliveries, installation schedules, and service appointments
  • Monitor project progress and proactively escalate scheduling conflicts, delays, or issues
  • Organize and maintain accurate project documentation, closeout packages, and tracking records
  • Support procurement activities including purchase orders, order tracking, and vendor communication
  • Lead project coordination meetings, conference calls, and status updates
  • Maintain project data and reporting within Salesforce, Procore, NetSuite, and Microsoft Office platforms
  • Coordinate project closeout documentation, warranty information, and final deliverables
  • Assist with tracking labor, materials, timelines, and project changes
  • Support field teams and customers to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction
  • Help improve internal project coordination processes and workflow organization

Required Qualifications

  • 3–5+ years of Project Coordinator, Project Management Support, Logistics Coordination, Construction Coordination, or Operations experience
  • Experience coordinating schedules, shipments, deliveries, projects, and orders
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in fast-paced environments
  • Ability to lead coordination efforts and manage competing priorities with minimal supervision
  • Experience supporting multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Teams, Outlook, and Word
  • Experience with project tracking or ERP systems such as Salesforce, Procore, NetSuite, Monday.com, or similar platforms
