We self-perform key scopes of work and specialize in design-build delivery, allowing for greater control, efficiency, and quality across all phases of construction. Our team operates in a fast-paced, hands-on environment focused on execution, accountability, and results.

Position Overview

We are seeking a Construction Project Coordinator to support our Project Managers and field teams across active projects. This role is heavily operations-focused and is critical to maintaining organization, cost control, and overall project efficiency.

This is not an entry-level administrative rolecandidates must have prior construction experience and a solid understanding of how projects run in the field and office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support Project Managers with daily project coordination, tracking, and execution
  • Manage purchase orders, material procurement, and vendor communication
  • Track project costs, invoices, and job budgets to ensure financial accuracy
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date project documentation and reporting
  • Process and track field timesheets and workforce data
  • Assist with scheduling updates and coordination across teams
  • Ensure consistent and timely communication between office and field operations
  • Identify inefficiencies and help implement process improvements

Qualifications

Required:

  • Prior experience in construction (field or office)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • High attention to detail and sense of accountability
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment
