Job Description
BryceTech is seeking a Senior Project Analyst to support the National Guard Bureau (NGB) Executive Secretariat and Staff Action Support Services mission. This position will provide executive-level staff action management, workflow coordination, governance support, and correspondence management for senior National Guard leadership.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate executive-level staff actions, taskers, and correspondence across multiple National Guard Bureau organizations
  • Support senior military leaders by tracking, analyzing, and staffing high-priority actions requiring executive review and decision
  • Monitor action items through electronic task management systems and ensure timely completion of suspense-driven requirements
  • Coordinate with stakeholders across the National Guard Bureau, Joint Staff, Department of Defense, Army, Air Force, and external organizations
  • Prepare executive summaries, briefing materials, decision packages, and correspondence for senior leadership
  • Support governance boards, councils, committees, and executive meetings through planning, coordination, and follow-up activities
  • Conduct research and analysis to support leadership inquiries, congressional responses, and organizational initiatives
  • Develop reports, metrics, and status updates related to executive actions and workflow management
  • Provide training and guidance to government personnel regarding staff action processes and procedures
  • Support operations within classified and unclassified environments

Qualifications
Required Qualifications
  • Active Top Secret security clearance
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum 8 years of experience supporting DoD, Joint Staff, National Guard, military headquarters, or executive-level organizations
  • Experience managing executive correspondence, staff actions, taskers, or workflow processes
  • Demonstrated ability to work directly with senior military officers and government executives
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and analytical abilities
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration platforms

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting National Guard Bureau organizations
  • Knowledge of Executive Secretariat operations
  • Experience with ETMS2, ETS, CATMS, SharePoint, SIPRNet, and/or JWICS
  • Previous military staff, headquarters, or action officer experience
