Project Analyst - NGB Executive Secretariat

Location: Arlington, VA / Washington, DC area, including NGB, TARC, Pentagon, ANGRC, Joint Base Andrews, and authorized telework locations
Work Arrangement: On-site/hybrid as authorized; remote work is not permitted
Clearance: Secret required; Top Secret preferred
Employment Type: Full-time
Status: Contingent upon contract award

Position Summary

Summit Technologies is seeking a Project Analyst to support the National Guard Bureau Executive Secretariat. The Project Analyst will support staff action control, tasker management, meeting coordination, document routing, suspense tracking, research, and executive-level administrative support for NGB senior leader workflows.

Responsibilities

  • Receive, enter, route, track, update, and close staff actions and taskers.
  • Support tasker management across approved Government systems and networks.
  • Assist with determining appropriate Offices of Primary Responsibility and coordinating offices.
  • Maintain task status trackers, suspense logs, calendars, rosters, and repository records.
  • Support meeting invitations, RSVP tracking, attendee accountability, and read-ahead coordination.
  • Conduct research and compile information for senior staff action products.
  • Provide reminders for due and overdue taskers.
  • Coordinate with Action Officers, Workflow Managers, and Government staff.
  • Support document packaging, distribution, archiving, and final action tracking.
  • Maintain professional conduct and confidentiality in an executive staff environment.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Three years of relevant experience in staff support, task management, project analysis, executive administrative support, military staff operations, or workflow coordination.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work in a fast-paced headquarters environment.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain CAC and Government system access.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting NGB, DoD, Army, Air Force, or Joint Staff organizations.
  • Experience with ETS, ETMS2, CATMS, JSAP, TMT, SharePoint, or similar task management systems.
  • Experience supporting senior military or civilian leaders.
  • Familiarity with official correspondence and staffing processes.
