RA Support Specialist
Automation Personnel Services is looking for an RA Support Specialist for LG Electronics in Huntsville, AL. In this role, you will primarily be responsible for managing Return Authorization (RA) operations, dealer support requests, warranty replacement processing, reporting, and case management activities. This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, customer service experience, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while ensuring timely resolution of customer and dealer requests.
 
Pay rate:
$20 to $24per hour
 
Schedule and Hours:
Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5 pm. 
 
RA Support Specialist Duties and Responsibilities:
• Process dealer-submitted Return Authorization (RA) requests requiring review and approval.
 • Support dealer exchanges, DRN processing, and specialty cases requiring EP approval.
 • Manage Extended Warranty Replacement Program cases, including model and serial number research and validation.
 • Create and maintain reports, customer communication files, and related documentation using Excel functions such as VLOOKUP and data validation.
 • Process Best Buy SIR reports and TCC documentation, including invoice research and follow-up on missing information.
 • Monitor and manage the Awaiting Return queue to ensure timely case closure and compliance with aging requirements.
 • Receive, review, and validate documentation from customers, dealers, SKS, and retail partners.
 • Coordinate with customers and dealers to obtain missing paperwork and resolve processing issues.
 • Track pending cases and ensure timely follow-up through completion.
 
 RA Support Specialist Qualifications and Requirements:
 • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred.
 • Experience in customer support, warranty claims, returns processing, or administrative operations.
 • Highly Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP, data validation, and reporting functions.
 • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
 • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
 • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
 • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and follow-up skills.
 • Experience working with case management systems and cross-functional teams preferred.
