Overview
Nelson Mullins, an AmLaw 100 firm, is seeking an Administrative Support Assistant for its Boston office. This position provides administrative support in a fast-paced professional services environment where both accuracy and efficiency are essential to success. The Administrative Support Assistant plays a key role in supporting attorneys, legal professionals, and administrative teams by handling a variety of administrative functions that contribute to the seamless operation of the office.
A Day in the Life
This position is responsible for assisting with expense report processing, time entry, document management, mail processing, and other administrative support activities. The role maintains organized electronic records by saving and managing documents within the firm's document management system and assists with mailings, correspondence, and general office administrative tasks. This posiiton will also support various projects and initiatives as assigned and must be adaptable to evolving business needs.

They will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, demonstrate sound judgment and professionalism, and be adept at learning new technologies and firm systems.   • Associate's degree or bachelor's degree preferred; recent college graduates with office environment experience are encouraged to apply.
  • Previous administrative, clerical, customer service, or professional office support experience preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple assignments and meet deadlines.

At Nelson Mullins, we are dedicated to transparent and fair compensation practices. Pay for this position is determined by factors such as experience, skills, and location.
Salary/ Wage Range - $48,000-55,000 annually. In addition to base pay, employees may be eligible for merit-based raises and benefits such as healthcare, retirement plans and paid time off.
