At the Applied Behavior Center for Autism, our mission is to provide individualized, evidence-based services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and their families.


Position Summary

Applied Behavior Center for Autism is seeking a highly organized, dependable, and professional Administrative Assistant to join our corporate team at our Indy North headquarters.

Reporting directly to the President, this position will provide day-to-day administrative and organizational support while assisting with communication, scheduling, documentation, projects, and other corporate office needs.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, comfortable handling confidential information, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This individual should have excellent communication skills and the ability to work professionally with employees and leadership at all levels of the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Administrative & Executive Support

• Provide administrative support to the President and assist with daily organizational needs

• Manage calendars, scheduling, meetings, appointments, and other time-sensitive activities

• Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, spreadsheets, and other business documents

• Coordinate and organize meetings, including preparing materials and documenting follow-up items as needed

• Assist with maintaining organized electronic and physical files and records

• Handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion

Communication & Coordination

• Serve as a professional point of contact for internal and external communications

• Assist with coordinating communication between the President, corporate departments, branch leadership, and outside contacts

• Monitor and help organize correspondence, requests, and follow-up items

• Assist with company meetings, events, leadership activities, and special projects

• Ensure information and requests are communicated to the appropriate individuals in a timely manner

Office & Project Support

• Assist with special projects and company initiatives as assigned by the President

• Track deadlines, action items, and outstanding requests

• Help coordinate corporate office activities and administrative processes

• Maintain accurate records and assist with data entry and reporting

• Order and maintain office supplies and assist with other corporate office needs

• Identify opportunities to improve organization and administrative efficiency

• Perform additional administrative duties as assigned
