Overview
Nelson Mullins is an Am Law 100 firm, dedicated to providing the highest quality legal services to our clients. The Greenville office is looking for a professional, well-organized, detailed oriented, and customer service focused, Administrative Support Assistant.
A Day in the Life
This is an administrative position in an environment where speed and accuracy are both important. Must have professional oral and written communication skills, be able to prioritize multiple assignments, and work well under pressure with a "can do" and positive attitude. The position will be responsible for administrative tasks, which may include expense reports, time entry into a database, mailings, saving documents to our document management system, processing mail, and other duties as assigned.
We Know You
Candidate must also be proficient in Microsoft Office to include Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Windows, as well as being adept at learning new systems. Recent college graduates with office environment experience preferred.
