Role Summary

Seeking Program Manager with strong healthcare IT expertise to drive large-scale programs across payer, provider, and digital health initiatives. This role requires strategic leadership, cross-functional delivery management, and executive stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities

· Lead program strategy, roadmap, and governance for healthcare technology initiatives.

· Oversee multi-project delivery (EHR/EMR, claims, interoperability, digital health).

· Manage budgets, risks, and dependencies to ensure timely, compliant execution.

· Partner with executives, business, and technology leaders for alignment and reporting.

· Drive team leadership, PMO best practices, and stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

· 15+ years of program/project management, with 5+ in healthcare.

· Proven success managing enterprise-scale, multi-million-dollar programs.

· Strong knowledge of healthcare IT (EHR/EMR, HL7, FHIR, claims, HIPAA compliance).

· Expertise in Agile/SAFe and traditional PMO methods.
