Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and decision-making skills.

Active Top Secret Security Clearance with the ability to obtain SCI and willingness to complete additional security processing if required.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience supporting the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA), Department of Defense, or Intelligence Community customers.

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.

Experience managing geographically dispersed cleared workforces.

Knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), federal contract administration, and acquisition lifecycle management.

Experience supporting transition planning, workforce mobilization, and organizational growth.

Demonstrated success building and retaining high-performing teams in dynamic mission environments.

Salary Range

The anticipated salary range for this position is $170,000 to $250,000, depending on experience. Compensation is determined by several factors, including relevant experience, education, certifications, security clearance, technical expertise, contract requirements, geographic location, and overall qualifications.
