Role Summary
We are looking for an agile yet detail-oriented professional to support the delivery of innovation initiatives and the day-to-day maintenance of our innovation portfolio data. This role combines hands-on project coordination with portfolio data support, helping ensure that projects stay on track and that portfolio information is accurate, up-to-date, and usable.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to track progress, maintain data across systems, and support reporting and governance activities. This role is critical in enabling smooth execution of innovation projects and providing reliable information for team coordination and leadership visibility.
Key Responsibilities
As a Project Manager
· Mobilize and lead teams for execution of strategic and tactical projects ranging in complexities across multiple brands for Client’s Purina PetCare’s North American market
· Align project goals and develop end to end project plans integrating requirements and activities to ensure on time, in scope delivery of product to meet project objectives and key success criteria
· Manage risks and changes with proficiency
· Manage key stakeholders and execute role as the neutral, objective voice of the project
· Drive fast and informed decision making to Senior leaders in the organization
· Champion Marketing Ops framework(s) and ensure programs, roles/ responsibilities are executed consistently within the stated requirements (internal framework, Client I2L (Idea to Launch) Framework)
· Evolve processes, tools, and ways of working within ownership of Marketing Operations
As a Data Analyst
· Maintain and update innovation portfolio data across systems and tools
· Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency through regular audits and clean-up activities
· Support teams in entering and updating project data, acting as a go-to resource for questions and troubleshooting
· Track key portfolio metrics, flag discrepancies or gaps and drive resolution
· Assist in standardizing data formats, naming conventions, and templates
Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
· 3+ years’ experience in project/program management and/or product development in CPG environment
· Familiarity with Smartsheet or alike system
Skills
· Strong project management and organizational skills
· High attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy
· Comfort operating in ambiguity and fast-paced environments
· Clear and professional stakeholder management and communication skills
· Problem solver with a continuous improvement mindset

Pay Details: $62.19 to $62.00 per hour
