Certain states and localities require employers to post a reasonable estimate of salary range. A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is $75,000-$95,000 annually. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including shift, location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ. Certain positions may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, that is not included in the base pay.

What will you be doing?
The Program Manager will work closely with our Associate and Engineering Enablement team to help plan, create and facilitate the various Development programs. You will be responsible for one or more programs in support of engineering career development. This role will include teaching and inspiring in both live and virtual settings.
Requirements:
  • Deliver interactive instruction through training materials, job aids, and presentations in both live and virtual classroom environments for various geographic locations
  • Transfer knowledge and create environments where individuals learn from one another by sharing best practices
  • Monitor trainee attendance and participation; use tests and/or quizzes to measure trainees' comprehension of class material
  • Deploy surveys to measure class experience and collect feedback from trainees and managers for improvements
  • Manage the setup, coordination, and implementation of Associate Sales Development training programs
  • Create and maintain training materials; ensuring the content is up to date
  • Independently and continuously evaluate training sessions to ensure the content is interesting and engaging, making recommended changes as needed
  • Other related duties as assigned
  • Ability to travel up to 30%
