  • 8–15+ years of experience in Technical Program Management / Project Management
  • Strong background working with Business / Product teams
  • Experience managing large, complex, multi‑team programs
  • Strong skills in risk management, stakeholder communication, and governance
  • Experience in enterprise systems, integrations, or platform delivery

Key Responsibilities

• Anticipates potential planning gaps and the impact of changes to improve plan specifics in current/ future projects across more complex work efforts

• Identifies when a project is going off-track and adjusts as needed to guarantee internal customer expectations are met

• Anticipates future project risks and thoroughly prepares contingency plans by voluntarily going beyond expectations across technology project initiatives

Program & Delivery Management

  • Own end‑to‑end program delivery across multiple technical projects and workstreams
  • Define and maintain program plans, milestones, dependencies, and critical paths for business teams.
  • Track progress against schedule, scope, and deliverables, ensuring predictable outcomes

Stakeholder & Communication Management

  • Act as the single point of contact for program execution and status
  • Communicate clearly with business stakeholders, product owners, and leadership
  • Provide regular program updates (weekly/monthly) including risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans
