Position Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated Junior Engineering Gas Turbine Program Manager, to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the development of our technical products, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality, innovative solutions to meet customer needs.
Reports To: Director Engineering Product Management
Note: This is a hybrid position with 30% traveling required.
Position Responsibilities
  • Product Strategy: Assist with developing and executing the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with company goals and market trends.
  • Requirement Gathering: Collaborate closely with stakeholders and internal teams to gather and prioritize product requirements, ensuring clear communication and understanding of technical specifications.
  • Product Development: Assist with defining product features, enhancements, and new product opportunities, working closely with engineering, supply chain, and QA teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
  • Project Management: Assist with managing the product development process, including coordinating with cross-functional teams, setting deadlines and timelines, risk management, and ensuring that the product is delivered on time and within budget. Own product KPIs and leverage data to make informed decisions, track progress, and report to leadership.
  • Testing and Quality Assurance: Ensure that the product is thoroughly validated and meets quality standards before launch.
  • Technical Expertise: Possess a strong technical background in rotating equipment, preferably gas turbines, to understand and effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work collaboratively with various teams including engineering, marketing, sales, and customer support to ensure alignment and successful product execution.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field. Advanced degree preferred.
  • 3-7 years of Gas Turbine Product Management experience.
  • Must read, write and speak fluent English.
  • US work authorization is a precondition of employment. The company will not consider candidates who require sponsorship for a work-authorized visa.
  • Successful candidate will need to satisfactorily complete pre-employment drug screen and background check.

  • Strong technical background with understanding of hardware development methodologies, design, manufacturing, and validation principles.
