Job Description:

Mission Critical Communications (MCC) International Program Manager is responsible for managing the cost, schedule, and technical performance requirements of international programs through all phases.

Program Managers are responsible are executing programs of substantial importance to the organization. This includes driving program execution to meet customer requirements and achieve key business and financial objectives for orders, revenue recognition, operating income, and free cash flow for new, continuing, or current programs.

  • Work with Sales, international customers, and in-country representative to determine & identify needs, requirements and new opportunities. 
  • Oversee the completion and delivery of orders, monitor and ensure all CHQ/PMX Program requirements are being followed and reviews are completed.
  • Prepare proposals, business plans, proposal work statements and specifications, operating budgets and financial terms/conditions of contracts.
  • Travel within Europe is required.

Essential Functions:

  • Experience in order fulfillment/quoting process
  • Experience in Trade Compliance regulations
  • Experience managing budgets and schedules

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience. Graduate Degree or equivalent with 0 to 2 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 6 years of prior related experience in Program Management.
  • 2 years direct customer interface experience

Preferred Additional Skills:

  • Master's degree, MBA preferred
  • Defense industry experience desired

In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in New York state is $70,500 - $130,500.  This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
