Standard Job Description
You will be the Program Management Associate Manager for the GMLRS Proposals team. Our team is responsible for leading proposal development and coordination across multiple programs.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Program Management Associate Manager you will be responsible for driving proposal success through strategic leadership and cross-functional collaboration.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
  • Lead proposal teams and manage multiple concurrent proposal activities.
  • Coordinate end-to-end proposal processes from pre-RFP through award, including statement of work development and schedule management.
  • Prepare and deliver presentation materials for internal and external reviews such as ITRS, INARS, and EPPs.
  • Administer GMLRS Bid and Proposal funds, handling RFPA submissions, tracking, and financial analysis.
  • Support senior leadership with briefings and material for Sr. Program Manager, Directorate, and Vice President levels.

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must have the ability to obtain a Secret clearance.
Basic Qualifications
Must be a US citizen and have the ability to maintain Secret Clearance
Must have a bachelors degree
Must have the abillity to travel up to 25% (domestic only)
Experience interacting with USG customer on acquisition topics
Must have acquisition experience
Ability to manage several tasks concurrently
Excellent communication and presentation skills

Full-Time Salary Range: $120600.00 - $224000.00

  • For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
