Job description

You will be the Subcontract Management Associate for the Precision Strike Missile (PrSM) program team. Our team is responsible for performing subcontract management duties to support the development, production, and global sustainment of complex subsystems, components, and hardware.


What You Will Be Doing
As the Subcontract Management Associate, you will play a critical role in negotiating prices, analyzing costs, and ensuring compliant procurement documentation, while leading multifunctional subcontract management teams to achieve program goals.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
Procuring and managing subcontracts for complex subsystems and components
Managing supplier cost, schedule, and technical performance for moderate-to-high-risk subcontracts
Leading the development of subcontract specifications and terms and conditions
Preparing bid packages, evaluating proposals, and negotiating subcontract provisions
Administering subcontracts and managing change activity
