The Security Program Director will lead a strategic transformation initiative with several interdependent components and involving numerous business, technology, and external partners. The incumbent will operate in a complex environment requiring strong mobilization, issues management, and influence skills with high\-level stakeholders. They will be responsible for ensuring rigorous governance, maintaining alignment among the various stakeholders, and securing the achievement of business objectives within a context of high visibility to decision\-making bodies.<\/span>

Main Responsibilities:<\/span><\/b>

• Develop the program plan, taking into account the issues, complexity, stakeholders, and alignment with other programs\/projects, while ensuring consistency with the sponsor's vision and business objectives.<\/span>
  <\/span><\/li>\n
• In collaboration with the various project managers and contribution leads, be responsible for delivering expected results and realizing business benefits, in compliance with agreed\-upon terms, costs, and timelines. Provide guidance and coordination to multiple project managers and contributors involved in program delivery to maintain an integrated view of the work, dependencies, and risks.<\/span>

• Perform functional supervision and coordination of internal and external contributors involved in program delivery.<\/span>
  <\/span><\/li>\n
• Manage strategic partners and suppliers and monitor their performance.<\/span>
  <\/span><\/li>\n
• Develop risk, impact, and mitigation strategies, taking into account the organizational, technological, human, and operational dimensions of the program.<\/span>
  <\/span><\/li>\n
• Proactively manage strategic, organizational, and governance issues and recommend appropriate solutions to decision\-making bodies.<\/span>
  <\/span><\/li>\n
• Be responsible for the single reporting line and program progress status to the sponsor, steering committee, and other decision\-making bodies.<\/span>
  <\/span><\/li>\n
• Provide advisory and influencing support to management and senior leadership to facilitate decision\-making and the achievement of program objectives. The role involves managing a large initiative or several complex initiatives simultaneously, with project managers under their supervision.<\/span>

• Residence in the Montreal office is required as needed for the project.<\/span>

• Regular participation in management committees and major decision\-making bodies is expected.<\/span>

    Required Knowledge and Skills:<\/span><\/b>

    • We are seeking a seasoned program leader with a proven track record of leading complex transformations with high executive visibility, demonstrating the ability to mobilize stakeholders, exert influence, and stabilize strategic initiatives.<\/span>
      <\/span><\/li>\n
    • Minimum of 15 years of experience managing large\-scale strategic projects, programs, or transformations.<\/span>
      <\/span><\/li>\n
    • Demonstrated experience managing complex programs with multiple stakeholders, dependencies, and organizational challenges.<\/span>
      <\/span><\/li>\n
    • Experience leading project managers and coordinating multidisciplinary teams.<\/span>
      <\/span><\/li>\n
    • Significant experience managing suppliers and strategic partners.<\/span>
      <\/span><\/li>\n
    • Experience in high\-level executive environments requiring high\-level stakeholder management.<\/span>
      <\/span><\/li>\n
    • Experience in turning around, stabilizing, or repositioning complex programs is a significant asset.<\/span>
      <\/span><\/li>\n
    • Experience with large\-scale agile initiatives in large organizations.<\/span>
      <\/span><\/li>\n
    • Experience with strategically complex programs representing annual investments of over $20 million.<\/span>
      <\/span><\/li>\n
    • PMP certification required.<\/span>
      <\/span><\/li>\n
    • SAFe certification is an asset.<\/span>
      <\/span><\/li>\n
    • PgMP, MSP, or equivalent certification is a major asset. Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.<\/span>
