You will oversee a team of program managers, driving the execution of the business unit’s plan at both strategic and operational levels.

As Director of progam management, your key responsibilities will include:
  • Establishment and implementation of effective governance structures required to oversee and manage the team of Program Managers
  • Leading a team of Program Managers by setting priorities for engineering, operations, foterring a sense of engagement while motivating the team
  • Actively supporting the development of his team members with coaching and challenge in customer understanding, sales, GMs, customer intimacy, technical understanding etc
  • Monitoring the functioning of the customer service department in relation to his program and business unit
  • Establishment and tracking of KPIs to assess and report programs performance, build and execute recovery plans when needed

  • A minimum of12years experience leading programs and teams in aerospace industry
  • Bachelor of Engineering with MBA as an asset
