Job description

Here’s a brief overview of the tasks and responsibilities you’ll be able to do:

  • Define the strategic vision of the program and establish a multi-year roadmap aligned with business objectives and digital transformation ambitions.
  • Plan future program cycles by identifying, designing, and prioritizing value-added initiatives.
  • Develop business cases and make strategic recommendations to decision‐making bodies.
  • Act as an advisor to senior management by communicating progress, risks, trade‐offs and long‑term vision.
  • Collaborate with industry leaders to secure and balance the required resources across competing priorities.
  • Implement effective program governance that supports decision‐making, proactive risk management, and stakeholder alignment.
  • Ensure accountability for the program’s financial cycle, including budget forecasts, variance analysis and monitoring of expected benefits.
  • Approve vendor invoices and ensure compliance with the program’s financial commitments.
  • Oversee relationships with strategic vendors, delivery partners, and solution integrators.
  • Monitor vendor performance against contractual agreements, deliverables, and expected service levels.
  • Ensure compliance with enterprise architecture guidelines and adoption of standard solutions.
  • Support scope teams by resolving strategic issues and high‑level escalations.
  • Promote best practices in digital transformation and drive the adoption of future program capabilities.

The profile you are looking for is as follows:
