The Security Program Director will lead a strategic transformation initiative with several interdependent components and involving numerous business, technology, and external partners. The incumbent will operate in a complex environment requiring strong mobilization, issues management, and influence skills with high\-level stakeholders. They will be responsible for ensuring rigorous governance, maintaining alignment among the various stakeholders, and securing the achievement of business objectives within a context of high visibility to decision\-making bodies.<\/span>

Main Responsibilities:<\/span><\/b>

  • Develop the program plan, taking into account the issues, complexity, stakeholders, and alignment with other programs\/projects, while ensuring consistency with the sponsor's vision and business objectives.<\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>\n
  • In collaboration with the various project managers and contribution leads, be responsible for delivering expected results and realizing business benefits, in compliance with agreed\-upon terms, costs, and timelines. Provide guidance and coordination to multiple project managers and contributors involved in program delivery to maintain an integrated view of the work, dependencies, and risks.<\/span>

  • Perform functional supervision and coordination of internal and external contributors involved in program delivery.<\/span>

      • Minimum of 15 years of experience managing large\-scale strategic projects, programs, or transformations.<\/span>
        <\/span><\/li>\n
      • Demonstrated experience managing complex programs with multiple stakeholders, dependencies, and organizational challenges.<\/span>
        <\/span><\/li>\n
      • Experience leading project managers and coordinating multidisciplinary teams.<\/span>
        <\/span><\/li>\n
      • Significant experience managing suppliers and strategic partners.<\/span>
        <\/span><\/li>\n
      • Experience in high\-level executive environments requiring high\-level stakeholder management.<\/span>
        <\/span><\/li>\n
      • Experience in turning around, stabilizing, or repositioning complex programs is a significant asset.<\/span>
