The Opportunity
The Maples Group Talent Rotation Program was established to introduce talented individuals to various departments that support our broad range of services to the world's leading financial services firms. This 2-year program provides successful applicants with opportunity, exposure and experience in multiple financial services disciplines. In addition, the Talent Rotation Program offers Associates customized training to develop their technical and leadership competencies, and active coaching with exposure to senior management.
Employees in the program rotate through a series of assignments in several functional areas, with potential exposure to our investments operations outsourcing, fund administration, investor services, data management, finance and compliance (e.g. Anti-money laundering) businesses.
Typically Associates complete a three rotations across three distinct disciplines. Upon completion of the rotations, the employee will be assigned to work full-time in one department. The approximate time spent rotating through the departments, prior to placement, will be 8 months per department.

Ce programme de deux ans offre aux candidats retenus l'occasion, l'exposition et l'experience du travail dans de multiples disciplines des services financiers. De plus, le programme de rotation des talents offre aux personnes choisies une formation personnalisee pour developper leurs competences techniques et de leadership, ainsi qu'un encadrement actif leur donnant l'opportunite de rencontrer la haute direction.
Le programme de rotation des talents cible les candidats ayant un niveau eleve de reussite scolaire et de leadership.
Les employes participant au programme effectuent une serie d'affectations dans plusieurs secteurs de l'entreprise, avec une exposition potentielle a nos activites d'externalisation des operations d'investissement, d'administration des fonds, de services aux investisseurs, de gestion des donnees, de finance et de conformite (par exemple, la lutte contre le blanchiment d'argent).
En general, les associes effectuent trois rotations dans trois disciplines distinctes. A l'issue des rotations, l'employe sera affecte a temps plein dans un service. La duree approximative d'une affectation / rotation entre les services sera de huit mois par service.
