Job description

Job Overview

Senior Director, Loyalty & Digital

Foodtastic | Montreal

Foodtastic runs 27+ of the coolest restaurant brands in Canada. Second Cup. Dunkin'. Quesada. Pita Pit. La Belle et La Boeuf. Over 1,200 locations and growing fast. We're not a legacy franchisor coasting on autopilot, we're building the most aggressive multi-brand platform in the country, and loyalty and digital is where the next fight gets won.

That's where you come in. You'll own the loyalty and digital roadmap across the entire portfolio: apps, CRM, loyalty programs, digital menu boards, online ordering, data. You'll decide what we build, what we buy, and what we extinguish.

What you'll actually do:
  • Own loyalty strategy and P&L impact across 27+ brands, from program design to redemption economics
  • This person will oversee the development of the strategic roadmap for the loyalty program to drive profitable, incremental guest behavior as well as develop next-gen CRM strategy, capabilities, and processes to deliver personalized, customer‑centric marketing campaigns across multiple digital channels
  • Drive recommendations and enhancements to reach aggressive revenue goals and key performance indicators that transform CRM & Loyalty efforts to drive the brand’s long‑term growth
  • Develop and lead an innovative and customer‑obsessed Digital & Loyalty Team (Mobile App Experience, Delivery Channels, Catering, Digital Customer Experience, Loyalty & Digital Design)
  • Collaborate with Digital Tech & Operations teams to ensure that appropriate emerging technology is planned for and applied to achieve customer experience and business objectives
  • Lead financial forecasting for digital offers, digital channels and the loyalty program including revenue and redemption projections to support the attainment of same store sales, same store traffic and new restaurant growth targets.
  • Run the digital ecosystem: apps, web ordering, POS integrations, digital signage
  • Turn guest data into campaigns that move same‑store sales, not vanity dashboards
  • Negotiate and manage vendor and partner relationships like you own the budget, because you will
  • Sell franchisees on the vision and back it up with numbers
What you need:
  • 8+ years in loyalty, digital, or CRM leadership, ideally in restaurants, retail, or QSR
  • 3+ years’ experience in a Digital Leadership role
  • You've launched or overhauled a loyalty program and can show the before‑and‑after numbers
  • Fluent in the tech stack: loyalty platforms, POS, app ecosystems, martech
  • Comfortable presenting to C‑Suite and a franchisee
  • Bilingual French/English is required
  • Entrepreneurial spirit
  • Allergic to slow. We move fast and expect the same
Why here:

Because nowhere else in Canada offers this scale: 27 brands, 1,200 locations, and the freedom to build. No endless committees—just a real mandate, real budget, and a leadership team that backs strong ideas quickly.

Company benefits:
  • Market related compensation
  • Complimentary coffee, drinks and snacks at the office
  • Free parking at the office
  • Free access to the gym (Montreal office)
  • Summer Fridays
  • 1 hour lunch paid
  • Virtual health care
  • Company social events
  • Group insurance plan, including health, dental and long‑term disability
Bilingual Requirement (English/French):

This role requires proficiency in both French and English due to the national scope of the work and the diverse stakeholders involved. The position supports multiple brands operating across Quebec and English‑speaking regions of Canada, necessitating effective communication in both official languages.

Strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages are essential to ensure clarity, consistency, and alignment in day‑to‑day interactions, project execution, and deliverables.
