Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide cross-departmental production support to senior members of the Case Management business unit. 
  • Learn and apply understanding of H-2 regulatory requirements, rules, and procedural obligations. 
  • Draft and review government filings and client communications for accuracy, concision, and completion. 
  • Distill complex regulatory information, and coordinate with government agencies on clients’ behalf. 
  • Manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-intensive work environment. 
  • Interface directly with external teams on key worker-level details, obtaining required documentation and providing timely updates on worker-readiness status. 
  • Support process improvement initiatives on case production and case management 
  • Minimum four (4) years of relevant experience (any combination of professional experience and/or collegiate academic experience) 
  • Excellent computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook) 
  • Superb attention to detail, critical thinking, and organizational skills 
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills 
  • Ability to work independently and multi-task with little supervision 
  • A positive team spirit, and solutions-oriented attitude 
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship

Working Conditions

  • Full-Time
  • Work is primarily performed during standard business hours, Monday–Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. ET.
  • Prolonged sitting and computer use
  • Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs. occasionally
