Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Director, Program Executive to lead delivery oversight, enterprise transformation, and executive engagement across Salesforce's most strategic Federal Civilian accounts. This role operates at the portfolio level within the Delivery Account Management (DAM) organization, driving execution excellence, strengthening client trust, and accelerating renewals and growth.

This position extends beyond traditional delivery leadership. The Sr Director will operate across multiple priority accounts including IRS, Treasury, and Federal Reserve, partnering with senior government executives to shape large-scale modernization initiatives, establish scalable operating models, and ensure consistent, high-quality delivery outcomes aligned to mission and business value.

The role also supports expansion into State and Local markets by leveraging delivery credibility, modernization experience, and executive relationships.

Note: U.S. Citizenship required. Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance is required.

Your Impact

Provide executive-level oversight across multiple large-scale Federal programs, ensuring delivery consistency, governance discipline, and successful mission outcomes

Serve as a trusted advisor to senior government executives (e.g., CIO, Deputy Commissioner, ACIO), shaping technology strategy, investment priorities, and execution approaches

Lead and influence enterprise-wide modernization efforts spanning multiple business units, aligning stakeholders across mission areas, funding structures, and operational priorities

Define and implement scalable delivery operating models, including governance frameworks, demand intake processes, and cross-program coordination mechanisms

Drive portfolio-level governance, proactively identifying risks, resolving escalations, and stabilizing complex delivery environments

Strengthen client confidence to support services renewals and expansion, aligning delivery outcomes to measurable business value and mission impact

Partner with Sales, Success, and Account Teams to shape deals, influence pipeline, and accelerate bookings growth through delivery credibility

Provide oversight and guidance on large-scale federal technology investments, including budget alignment, funding allocation, and financial governance

Lead modernization of legacy systems and transition of mission-critical applications to scalable, cloud-based architectures, including multi-cloud Salesforce environments

Operate effectively across agencies and interagency agreements, aligning stakeholders across procurement, finance, and technology organizations

Define and track KPIs tied to business value, delivery performance, ROI, and customer outcomes

Minimum Requirements

15+ years of experience leading large-scale, complex Federal programs with executive accountability

Proven experience operating at Program Executive, Sr Director, or VP level across multiple accounts or enterprise portfolios

Deep experience working within U.S. Federal agencies and navigating government delivery, funding, and procurement environments

Demonstrated success leading or advising on enterprise-scale modernization initiatives across multiple business units or mission areas

Strong executive presence with the ability to influence C-suite and senior government stakeholders and drive outcomes

Experience establishing governance models, operating frameworks, and cross-functional coordination at scale

Proven ability to manage complex delivery environments, resolve escalations, and drive stabilization across large programs

U.S. Citizen with ability to obtain/maintain clearance (active clearance preferred)

Based in or able to operate from the DC Metro Area to support on-site executive engagement

Preferred Qualifications

Experience supporting enterprise modernization across organizations such as IRS, Treasury, or Federal Reserve, including mission-critical systems and taxpayer or financial services environments

Familiarity with Federal funding models, interagency agreements, and procurement processes

Demonstrated experience leading or advising on enterprise Salesforce platform implementations, including CRM and case management modernization

Experience operating across multiple engagements simultaneously while maintaining portfolio-level accountability

Background in modernizing legacy systems and driving adoption of cloud-based, scalable architectures

Experience leading high-visibility, high-risk programs requiring executive intervention and cross-organizational alignment
