Job description

Provides a safe, supportive, and engaging environment for Adult Day Care (ADC) clients. Assists with activities of daily living, recreational programming, and general program support. Operates the ADC vehicle as needed, including moving vehicles within the parking area and transporting clients on occasional outings, while ensuring safety and compliance with Med Center Health policies.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Two years of work experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
  • High school graduate or equivalent preferred.
  • Valid Driver's License required.
  • Motor vehicle record check required and will be performed annually.
  • Certified Nursing Assistant preferred.
