Job description

Just Family Center, a part of the Sevita family, provides home and community-based services including day programs for elders with complex medical or rehabilitative needs, attendant care and case management. This allows seniors to obtain quality healthcare while remaining active and involved in the community and continuing to live in their own homes. Our programs are staffed with qualified, experienced licensed nurses and caregivers who are trained to provide individual assistance to each person we serve.

Program Administration Associate

Location: Stanford, KY
Schedule: Full-Time

Would you like to make a difference every day in someone's life? As a Program Administration Associate, you'll provide essential administrative and clerical support that helps our programs run smoothly while contributing to our mission of providing quality services to the individuals we serve.

Position Overview
  • Maintain, complete, and update information in established electronic systems
  • Track time and attendance for individuals served
  • Tally meal counts and assist with Federal Food Program applications as needed
  • Coordinate transportation arrangements for individuals served
  • File, organize, retrieve, and maintain records and documents
  • Sort, collate, assemble, and distribute mail, documents, and other written materials
  • Answer incoming phone calls, direct callers appropriately, and relay messages
  • Serve as an internal courier by delivering mail and documents throughout the facility as needed
  • Assist staff with administrative tasks including copying, faxing, scanning, and posting materials
  • Greet visitors and provide information to direct them to the appropriate staff member or destination
  • Follow departmental policies, procedures, safety standards, and organizational guidelines
  • Support continuous quality improvement in daily operations
  • Promote a professional, respectful, and inclusive environment for employees, individuals served, and visitors

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
  • Basic communication, reading, writing, math, and computer skills
  • Strong clerical accuracy with excellent attention to detail

  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
