The Tariff Program Analyst will provide oversight and execution of tariff mitigation and Temporary Import Bond (TIB) programs across North America. This role is responsible for helping ensure compliance, cost avoidance, and operational efficiency by monitoring end-to-end data points within Global Trade, Regulatory, Supply Chain, Finance, and Operations teams. The analyst will coordinate and assist in transformational projects-such as process automation, data governance improvements, and technology integrations-that align with enterprise goals and regulatory frameworks.

A key focus of the role is building and maintaining end-to-end monitoring of all tariff activities. This includes real-time visibility, data accuracy, and proactive risk identification from planning to outbound shipments. The manager will use data-driven insights to support continuous improvement and to ensure that all initiatives deliver measurable value and sustainable results.

Essential / Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Create, implement and maintain end-to-end monitoring of all tariff activities, including but not limited to TIB, FSFE, and duty draw back.

  • Support compliance, cost avoidance, and operational efficiency by monitoring end-to-end data points within Global Trade, Regulatory, Supply Chain, Finance, and Operations teams.

  • Help develop visibility needed to adjust long-term tariff goals that aligns with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and cost-saving targets.

  • Assist in coordinating and executing transformational projects, such as:

    • Process automation

    • Data governance improvements

    • Technology integrations

    • Ensuring all initiatives align with enterprise goals and regulatory frameworks

  • Navigate changing tariff landscapes, provide visibility to mitigation strategies, and ensure business continuity and cost optimization.

  • Development of dashboards and reporting tools to monitor end-to-end visibility on tariff compliance metrics and operational performance.

  • Analyze data and provide insights to support continuous improvement and help ensure initiatives deliver measurable value and sustainable results.

  • Other duties and projects, as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills including written, verbal, listening, and presentation.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and proven record of strong teaming skills

  • Proven ability to successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously and effectively engage with multiple levels of management and cross-functional organizations (Supply Chain, DC Operations, Manufacturing, Global Trade, Regulatory, Finance, Quality, etc.)

  • Advanced Excel skills to manipulate and analyze data.

  • Detail-oriented individual with a strong ability to multi-task.

  • Demonstrated ability to be effective in a dynamic and energetic matrix organization with continuously changing program constraints.

Physical Demands:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, sit, use sight, and use hands to manipulate, handle or feel objects, tools, controls, and office equipment. The employee frequently is required to verbally communicate with other associates. The employee is occasionally required to reach with hands and arms and stoop, kneel or crouch.
