As an MP&L S&OP Program Analyst, your key focus is on driving transformation through structured change management and ensuring the successful adoption of new processes, systems, and technologies across the organization. Ideally, you will bring a solid understanding of the full supply chain, from front-end to back-end, and deep experience within the consumer industry or automotive sector. You will also leverage your comprehensive knowledge of the order-to-delivery (OTD) lifecycle to lead through change in a fast-paced, global environment.

This role is ideal for a self-driven problem solver who thrives in ambiguity, enjoys breaking down complex business problems, excels at pulling together rigorous analytics and is motivated by measurable business impact. You will work closely with supply chain leadership and cross-functional partners to shape strategy, develop scalable solutions, and enable data-driven decision making that improves performance today while building the supply chain capabilities of the future.

You'll have...ย 

  • Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.ย 

  • 5+ years of experience in the consumer industry and a comprehensive understanding of the full supply chain, from front-end to back-end (order-to-delivery).

  • Demonstrated experience in sales, operations, and/or demand planning.ย 

  • Proven experience in finished goods manufacturing capacity or production planning.ย 

  • Strong knowledge of supply chain principles, with a heavy emphasis on S&OP and S&OE processes, alongside procurement, logistics, and inventory management.ย 

  • Proven track record of leading process improvement initiatives and managing complex, cross-functional programs.ย 

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.ย 

  • Experience with data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI).ย 

  • Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced, changing environment.ย 

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.

What you'll do...

  • S&OP and S&OE Execution: Lead and optimize Sales & Operations Planning and Execution processes, ensuring seamless alignment and supporting complex programs across the entire order-to-delivery chain.ย 

  • Program Planning & Governance: Define scope, objectives, timelines, and resource needs for complex, cross-functional supply chain projects; align with quarterly gate reviews and steering committees.ย 

  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead teams including sales, demand planning, capacity planning, procurement, logistics, manufacturing, quality, and finance to deliver end-to-end supply chain initiatives.ย 

  • Supplier & Customer Engagement: Facilitate supplier training, customer surveys, and symposiums to improve collaboration and performance.ย 

  • Domestic & International Business expertise: Leverage knowledge of domestic and international business practices in supply chain, logistics and transportation.

  • Cost & Schedule Management: Develop sourcing strategies, material ramp plans, and cost models; monitor budgets and schedules.ย 

  • Process Improvement: Drive continuous improvement in supply chain operating models, governance, and decision frameworks.ย 

  • Risk & Compliance: Manage supply chain risks, ensure compliance with sourcing policies, and support sustainability/responsible sourcing initiatives.ย 

  • Integrated Supply Chain: Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of integrated supply chain programs aligned with business goals, timelines, and budgets. Coordinate cross-functional teams across procurement, logistics, manufacturing, engineering, IT, and finance to ensure seamless program execution.ย 

  • Digital Transformation: Lead digital transformation efforts, including ERP enhancements, supply chain visibility tools, automation, and data analytics.
