RBC is embedding GenAI into everyday workflows for Financial Advisors and operational teams, and they are seeking a Context Engineer (Prompt Analyst) to play a critical role in this initiative. The role involves creating and refining prompts for AI tools to enhance productivity and ensure effective communication between business needs and AI capabilities.
Responsibilities:
โ€ข Build and Maintain Saved Prompts (Primary Focus)
โ€ข Design simple, reusable prompts for internal AI tools (e.g., copilot-style usage)
โ€ข Support high-frequency workflows such as:
โ€ข Client summaries and insights
โ€ข Meeting preparation and follow-ups
โ€ข Book of business reviews
โ€ข Operational and service tasks
โ€ข Ensure prompts are:
โ€ข Easy to use
โ€ข Consistent in output
โ€ข Grounded in the right business context
โ€ข Continuously refine prompts based on user feedback and observed performance
