General Profile:Requires knowledge and experience in own discipline; still acquiring higher-level knowledge and skills. Build knowledge of the company, processes, and customers. Solves a range of straightforward problems. Analyze possible solutions using standard procedures. Receives a moderate level of guidance and direction.

Represent iTeam and define AGS install strategy per product, together with AGS functions (TSE, BU GPS, Spares, digital tools etc.) and BU product support team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and drive new procedures and Best-Known Methods (BKMs) to Install products
  • Ensure certification templates are aligned with BKM's and Installation procedures.
  • Coordinate I&W spending & drive data-driven improvement (NC, beyond spec, NPI) with BU
  • Drive design-for-installation initiatives for new products Partner with Quality & Reliability (Q&R) group to review and address Top Field Issues
  • Participating in or own CAPA process.
  • Drive CE productivity analysis, initiate and manage improvement plans to improve CE installation productivity and quality and reduction of install complexity
  • Lead Productivity DT (Digital Tools) field implementation and adoption through close collaboration with SBU/DEG to define iTeam HVP (High Value Problem) and with BU/SBU/DEG to define and develop specific solutions
  • Key stakeholder in driving adoption of digital tools and AI for predictive planning and quality assurance
  • Participating in first chamber Build & Test in Apps lab or Customer Sites
  • Solve issues, or work with Engineering to address issues identified
  • Collaborate with Manufacturing to develop procedures and participate (if required) in the Product final test to improve manufacturing quality.
  • Drive resolution of key issues with Engineering. Facilitate infrastructure for proper communication of value to AGS and BU executives

The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
