Job description

Machine Operator - 2nd & 3rd Shift

Location: Sterling Heights, MI

We are currently seeking reliable and motivated Machine Operators to join our manufacturing team in Sterling Heights. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced production environment and are committed to quality and safety.

Available Shifts

2nd Shift: 3:00 p.m. - 11:00 p.m.
3rd Shift: 11:00 p.m. - 7:00 a.m.

Responsibilities
  • Operate and monitor production machinery according to established procedures.
  • Set up machines and make minor adjustments as needed.
  • Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Load raw materials into machines and remove finished products.
  • Perform routine machine cleaning and basic maintenance.
  • Accurately complete production and quality documentation.
  • Follow all safety guidelines and company policies.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Assist with other production-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications
  • Previous machine operation or manufacturing experience preferred.
  • Ability to read and follow work instructions and production schedules.
