In this Production Control Coordinator role, you will coordinate and expedite manufacturing orders, create job travelers, and ensure clear communication between production, sales, and purchasing teams. Your work will directly impact on-time delivery and overall production success.

Production Control Coordinator Duties: 
  • Create job travelers with clear instructions for production personnel
  • Coordinate and expedite manufacturing orders throughout the facility
  • Monitor order progress and resolve delays or production issues
  • Communicate order status updates to sales and internal teams
  • Utilize ERP system to track production data and maintain accurate records
Schedule: 
  • Day Shift
  • Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Pay:
  • $65,000 per year + DOE
Production Control Coordinator Requirements: 
  •  At least 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment 
  • Experience coordinating or expediting production orders
  • ERP system experience for tracking and reporting production data 
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering blueprints
