  • Provide clear, real-time shipping visibility to leadership and commercial teams.

What Success Looks Like

  • 30 Days: Complete a full audit of all active, paused, and back-ordered jobs and establish a clean, accurate baseline tracking system.
  • 60 Days: Run an efficient daily cross-functional sync that catches and resolves bottlenecks before they impact customer ship dates.
  • 90 Days: Demonstrate measurable improvement in OTD with zero orders slipping past promised dates without early escalation.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience coordinating production flow, scheduling, expediting, or material movement in amanufacturing or assembly environment.
  • Experience with Fishbowl, ERP, MRP, or digital inventory systems.
  • Proven track record of systematically closing out incomplete, hanging, or back-ordered jobs.
  • Strong ability to influence across teams without direct authority.
  • Excellent attention to detail and systems thinking.
  • Direct and proactive communication style comfortable surfacing issues early.
  • U.S. Person status required (U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, or protected individual per ITAR) due to export-controlled drone hardware.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in scaling hardware manufacturing (electronics, electromechanical, automotive, or aerospace preferred).
