Production Control Associate

This is a full-time, in office position.


The Production Control Associate reports directly to the Notice and Disbursements Manager.


Rate of Pay:

$17.43 per hour


Work Schedule:

Full-time, Monday-Friday 6am-230pm, with occasional Saturday or Sunday shifts.


Actual days / hours worked are as scheduled by the Manager. Position could be scheduled for first, second or third shift with occasional overtime as required by business conditions


Job Summary:

The Production Control Associate reports directly to the Notice and Disbursements Manager performing the following responsibilities as assigned by management:

Responsibilities:

ยท Production printing of daily, weekly and monthly notice files received from our client and/or generated from various departments within the facility.

ยท Production printing of checks and uploading of daily electronic financial transactions

ยท Daily preparation of printed material for delivery to the post office for mailing by automated (insertion machines) and manual means.

ยท Accurate entry and maintenance of production, service and billing logs utilizing both computerized and non-computerized means as required.

ยท Warehouse maintenance of both department inventory and facility documentation storage.

ยท Receipt of deliveries to the facility and/or coordination of documentation pick-up by authorized vendors as required.

ยท All other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

ยท High School diploma or GED equivalency.

ยท Ability to consistently walk, stand, bend or stretch for long periods of time.

ยท Ability to consistently lift 30 lbs.

ยท Ability to work hours as scheduled and/or required, which will occasionally include weekend (Saturday and/or Sunday) and extended hours coverage.

ยท Ability to effectively multi-task while maintaining accuracy.

ยท Ability to understand and follow production Standard Operating Procedures.

ยท Experience and basic ability to use business computer systems and Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook and Access).

ยท Excellent attention to detail

ยท Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

ยท Ability to work with a sense of urgency towards meeting all contracted Service Level Agreements.
