Job description

Adecco Staffing is working with a growing semiconductor manufacturing company to bring on a Production Control Coordinator on a temp-to-hire basis. This company offers a clean, professional work environment, strong training, and long-term career growth opportunities.
Shift: Monday – Friday, 7:00am – 3:30pm
Pay: $20.00 – $24.00/hour depending on experience
Location: Lawrence, MA
Job Duties:
· Monitor and track production schedules to ensure alignment with manufacturing goals
· Maintain accurate inventory records and work-in-progress (WIP) data
· Coordinate with production, engineering, procurement, and shipping teams to support workflow efficiency
· Update ERP/MRP systems to reflect real-time inventory and production status
· Generate and distribute reports related to production output, delays, shortages, and inventory levels
· Process and maintain accurate documentation in compliance with company and industry standards
· Assist in resolving scheduling, inventory, and material-related issues
· Support continuous improvement initiatives and operational efficiency efforts
Requirements:
· High school diploma or equivalent preferred
· 1–3 years of experience in production control, inventory coordination, manufacturing, or a related field preferred
· Experience with ERP/MRP systems required; SAP experience is a plus
· Strong Microsoft Excel and general computer skills
· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
· Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and supply chain operations
· Strong communication and teamwork skills
· Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment
