Job Summary
  • Providing support and management of production in order to process all the production flow to make the finished products. Preparation of estimated costs and progression of production processes while monitoring inventory, stability, and quality of raw materials.
  • The management of processes involving, but not limited to, cost analysis, reduction of cost via consolidation and modification, management of inventory, and monitoring SAP system.
Job Description
  • - Optimize manufacturing cost
  • - Identify ways to reduce cost by streamlining processes and systems based on data
  • - Devise and manage manufacturing cost
  • - Manage plant inventory (finish products, semi products, raw materials, consumable items, MRO, and etc)
  • - Create estimate of production costs and production progress reports for management
  • - Monitor and update SAP system: Monitor inventory status and manage monthly inventory inspections
  • - Monitor MES system to manage production status
  • - Monitor WMS system to manage the finished products
  • - Exchange knowledge and information with other Company facilities to ensure best practices
  • - Communicate with operators who work in plant
  • - Collaborate with team members and other teams to meet deadlines and the production goals
  • - Ensure that production proceeds within IT systems
  • - Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
