Production Control Planner

SummarySupport the Production Control Manager in production scheduling, inventory management, and resource allocation to ensure efficient and timely operations.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Planning & Operations

  • Assist in developing and executing production plans and schedules to meet customer demand
  • Create and manage work orders based on material availability and production processes
  • Monitor and maintain accurate records of work orders, materials usage, and production progress using the ERP system
  • Review and analyze warehouse inventory daily and monthly to maintain optimal stock levels
  • Coordinate with Korea headquarters to prevent inventory shortages or excesses
  • Assist with month-end inventory closing and reporting to headquarters
  • Generate reports on production, inventory, and performance metrics
  • Support downtime data recording and corrective action implementation to improve OEE

Training Provided

  • Production control planning, ERP systems, new hire orientation, OSHA compliance, and forklift operation

Qualifications

  • Bilingual in English and Korean preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Knowledge of supply chain processes
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
  • Ability to multitask and collaborate effectively in a team environment
  • SAP/ERP experience preferred
  • Manufacturing environment experience preferred

Education & Experience
