HOT TOPIC DISTRIBUTION CENTER is looking to hire a Full-Time QUALITY CONTROL ASSOCIATE directly!
Help us cross our T’s and dot our I’s as a Quality Control Associate within our Tennessee Distribution Center. This position ensures consistent product quality across the company’s brands by enforcing effective quality control checks on materials, components, and assemblies. This position plays a key role within the Quality Control Team.

SCHEDULES: ALL SHIFTS ARE SUBJECT TO MANDATORY OVERTIME AS NEEDED:
  • Monday-Thursday 4:45am-3:15pm

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
  • Inspect product and packaging compliance and ensure that regulatory standards are met.
  • Provide prompt alerts and/or solutions for non-compliant shipments.
  • Collaborate with the Receiving department and other departments inside the DC to process purchase orders.
  • Process wholesale POs per Disney requirements.
  • Performs other job duties as needed.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
  • Previous DC experience preferred.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
  • Computer literate with Excel, Word, and email.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-task environment.
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds.
