Associate Systems Analyst

Duration: 6 Months + Possible Extension
Pay Rate: $30 - $32/hr on W2
Location: Richmond, VA

Job Overview

The Associate Systems Analyst will provide technical support for business applications and assist with application systems analysis across a variety of applications and technologies. The role will support applications and infrastructure in both Windows and Linux environments and work across multiple projects and platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support for enterprise applications and related infrastructure.
  • Perform application systems analysis, technical analysis, and documentation.
  • Conduct system design and business information flow studies.
  • Recommend appropriate computer platforms, workstations, security devices, and communication protocols.
  • Develop technical specifications, system use cases, and wireframes.
  • Conduct unit, system, and integration testing.
  • Support applications and infrastructure across Windows and Linux environments.
  • Work within multi-platform server environments across multiple projects.
  • Support batch data loads and application interfaces.
  • Install, configure, and upgrade vendor products in Windows and Linux environments.
  • Maintain and manage defect lists, remediation activities, and testing.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and communicate effectively with technical and business stakeholders.
