Every hire matters at this stage - and this role is no exception.The RoleAs our Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) Specialist, you'll own configuration management and product lifecycle management across Electra. That means maintaining the integrity of our engineering data and hardware configurations, administering and evolving our Siemens Teamcenter environment, and building the integrations that connect PLM to the rest of our enterprise systems - CAD, wiring design, MES, and ERP.This is a high-visibility, high-ownership role. You'll report directly into engineering leadership, interface regularly with senior leadership, and play a direct role in our path to certification. Work may require some physical effort in handling light materials, boxes, power tools, prototypes, and different materials or equipment. Due to the nature of our business and projects, some fieldwork may be required, working in both indoor and outdoor conditions.
