Job Summary
The Operations Associate will assist with day to day processing of Vivacity's pre-deployment process. This role will be expected to provide exceptional service in device teardowns, parts, white gloving, shipping and receiving, green boxing, case applications, asset tagging, screen applications, and empower + repairs. Operation Associates will play an integral part in ensuring a smooth and efficient process across multiple functions.
Essential Functions
  • Troubleshoot device issues using customer notes and a full diagnosis to identify source of error, assigning repair grade based on the problems
  • Complete computer repair process, cleaning, removing, and replacing parts using provided tools
  • Complete orders with services that include, but not limited to pre wiring carts, white gloving, asset tagging, and green boxing
  • Verify that outgoing deliveries meet company quality standards
  • Pick, pack, and ship orders according to purchase orders
  • Ensure cleanliness of work environment, and equipment are functioning and properly maintained
  • Cross trained in production, warehouse, inventory, and repairs as business dictates
  • Uphold safety standards in respective work environments
  • Present relevant updates, details, and data to designated lead
  • Perform other duties as assigned

  • Thorough understanding of, or the ability to quickly learn, production, warehouse and repairs operations and machinery
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize competing priorities and delegate them when appropriate.
  • Expert technical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and assist and train others
