Client is looking for detail-oriented Invoice process Specialist to support the Professional Services Division. This role focuses on invoicing, customer service, and relationship management, ensuring smooth coordination between internal teams and external partners.

Qualifications

Client is seeking a detail-oriented Invoice process Specialist to support the Professional Services Division. This role focuses on invoicing, customer service, and relationship management, ensuring smooth coordination between internal teams and external partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders by actively listening, responding promptly, and maintaining accurate documentation.
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with Divisions and Regional teams to ensure accountability, consistency, and program stability.
  • Coordinate consultant invoices with Contract Managers to ensure proper formatting, timely review, and resolution of any discrepancies or concerns.
  • Prepare and submit transmittal documents to TDOT Finance confirming invoice review and approval for payment.
  • Ensure all deliverables comply with the Consultant and Contract Services Quality Management Program to minimize errors, maintain high-quality standards, and mitigate risk.

Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree required

Experience:

  • At least 1 year of experience in invoice processing or development
