Job description

Manufacturing Process Technician
Schedule: Fully Onsite | Day Shift | Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Duration: 6-Month Contract
Position Summary
The Manufacturing Process Technician supports material handling, staging, and waste management activities within a regulated manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for transporting raw materials, totes, and IBCs between AR5 manufacturing areas while ensuring compliance with safety and operational procedures. The technician will also operate powered industrial vehicles and support daily manufacturing flow activities.
Key Responsibilities
  • Handle, stage, and transport materials and waste in accordance with established procedures and safety standards.
  • Move totes between AR5 Solutions, Purification, and Services areas.
  • Perform tote bag breakdown and waste disposal activities following site procedures and environmental health and safety requirements.
  • Safely operate powered industrial vehicles in compliance with site regulations.
  • Follow written procedures and maintain adherence to manufacturing and GMP standards.
  • Identify, report, and escalate equipment issues, process deviations, or malfunctions as needed.
  • Maintain a high level of accuracy, organization, and attention to detail during repetitive tasks.
  • Work effectively both independently and within a team environment.

Basic Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED with at least 1 year of manufacturing, operations, or military experience; OR
  • Associate degree.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working in a GMP or other regulated manufacturing environment.
  • Knowledge of GMP principles and manufacturing compliance standards.
  • Ability to stand or sit for extended periods throughout the shift.
  • Strong ability to maintain focus and accuracy during repetitive tasks.
  • Experience assembling, disassembling, and operating simple to moderately complex equipment according to procedures.
  • Basic understanding of measurements, calculations, and the metric system.
  • Ability to follow written procedures and identify/report operational malfunctions.
  • Strong communication, multitasking, and teamwork skills.
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills.
