  1. 10+ years of experience working in a manufacturing or production environment

  2. Demonstrated hands-on experience assembling electro-mechanical equipment

  3. Strong troubleshooting ability across mechanical systems and basic electrical systems

  4. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and written work instructions

  5. Solid mechanical aptitude and a dependable work ethic in a production setting

Role Responsibilities – Senior Manufacturing Technician

The Senior Manufacturing Technician is responsible for the build, assembly, and troubleshooting of complex electro-mechanical industrial equipment within a production manufacturing environment.

This position supports the high-quality fabrication and assembly of machinery that must meet strict performance, quality, and reliability standards. The role requires deep hands-on experience with both mechanical and electrical assembly, the ability to accurately read and interpret blueprints and schematics, and strong problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve equipment and manufacturing issues.

Work is primarily performed on the production floor, with occasional overtime required based on customer demand.
