Pay Rate: $25.00 to $30.00 / hour
We have partnered with a large Industrial Machinery Manufacturing company in the Butte, MT area to provide them with a Senior Manufacturing Technician. Please review the description below and let us know if you are interested.
Prioritized Must Have Skills for the Senior Manufacturing Technician:
#1. Ten or more years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment
#2. Proven hands-on experience assembling electro-mechanical equipment
#3. Strong troubleshooting skills across mechanical and basic electrical systems
#4. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and written work instructions
#5. Strong mechanical aptitude and reliability in a production setting
Responsibilities of the Senior Manufacturing Technician:
  • Responsible for building, assembling, and troubleshooting complex electro-mechanical industrial equipment in a production manufacturing environment.
  • This role supports high-quality fabrication and assembly of machinery that must meet strict performance and reliability standards.
  • Deep hands-on experience with mechanical and electrical assembly, the ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics, and strong problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve manufacturing and equipment issues.
  • Work is primarily on the production floor with occasional overtime based on customer demand.

Requirements of the Senior Manufacturing Technician:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum of 10 years' manufacturing experience
  • Experience in electro-mechanical assembly
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical products
  • Be able to understand and follow instructions and blueprints
  • Mechanical aptitude
  • Vocational training a plus.

Other Key Requirements:
