Parts Coordinator
  • Primary Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Flexibility Required: One late shift per week (11:00 AM – 8:00 PM)
  • On-Call Rotation: After-hours/weekend emergency coverage (approximately one weekend every 5 weeks)

What You’ll Do
As a Parts Coordinator, you will:
  • Respond to customer calls and emails regarding parts inquiries, quotes, and orders
  • Research and identify correct parts using internal systems and documentation
  • Develop and provide accurate customer quotes
  • Process spare parts orders in a timely manner
  • Communicate technical information clearly via phone and email
  • Support after-hours and weekend emergency parts coverage on a rotating basis
  • Follow standardized work processes to ensure accuracy and quality
  • Collaborate with team members to support a fast-paced call center environment
What We’re Looking For
  • High School Diploma required (college coursework preferred)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer-focused mindset
  • Ability to explain technical information clearly to customers
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a process-oriented approach
  • Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
