Overview

The Director, Advanced Manufacturing leads research, development, and advanced manufacturing initiatives that support organizational products and services. This role aligns technical strategy, project execution, and cross-functional collaboration to advance product development, process improvement, and operational effectiveness.

Responsibilities
  • Leads engineering teams, responsible for Advanced Manufacturing, Remediation, and New Product Development projects.
  • Brings alignment between the company's strategic priorities and project scopes and deliverables.
  • Supports the execution and evolution of portfolio management, prioritization, and alignment of core processes for group work and KPI tracking progress.
  • Oversees project portfolio: scope, schedule, resources and budget.
  • Proactively identifies project roadblocks and work with teams and leadership to address them.
  • Develops critical relationships and establish ways of working with cross functional team members, remote sites, and vendors.
  • Works directly with leadership and development team to identify and prioritize improvement in design, process, and equipment automation for next generation products.
  • Develops transformational process/technology/ automation roadmaps.
  • Partners and influences business leaders, operations and supply chain leaders, and cross functional engineering teams to drive transformation and ensure strategic operational business results are achieved.
  • Adheres to company policies, procedures, and documentation requirements.
  • Treats others with courtesy, sensitivity, and respect at all times.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Pay range $180,000-$190,000 per year

The range provided is based on what we believe is a reasonable estimate for the base pay range for this job at the time of posting.   Actual base salary pay will be based on a number of factors, including , relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, and other job-related factors permitted by law.

Qualifications

Bachelors' degree from accredited four year College or University.

12 year experience in R&D. 6 years' experience leading R&D teams and projects.

Understands statistical analysis and Statistical Software.

Statistical Software, CAD, Microsoft Office.

Travel 15%
