Your Background: You have experience managing link-building operations within a digital marketing company. You're not just tech-savvy โ€” you're also a great communicator and natural leader who can inspire, guide, and align your team toward success.

As Head of Link Building, you will oversee link-building strategy execution, process optimization, and team management, while ensuring alignment with the company's broader vision and goals. We're looking for someone who can be the "glue" connecting our people, processes, and priorities. What You'll Do: Oversee and manage a team of full-time and part-time Link Building Specialists Set and monitor monthly KPIs for Account Managers and Assistant Account Managers Review and approve link prospects based on company quality standards Collaborate with the SEO Manager on strategy, target pages, and anchors Coordinate with the Content Manager to deliver and publish guest posts Train, motivate, and support your team to consistently hit their goals Continuously improve link-building systems, outreach methods, and performance tracking Stay updated with SEO trends and continuously develop your expertise What We're Looking For: Proven experience in link-building management or senior SEO roles Deep understanding of off-page SEO and backlink campaign strategies Experience supervising operations and managing processes or teams Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills Highly organized and skilled in documenting and benchmarking campaigns Creative, proactive, and adaptable โ€” no two days will be the same!
