Job Description

Ensure consistent practices are defined & rolled out across the entire Service Logistics (SPL) network (warehousing, transport, call centers).This position will set standards (best practices) & drive innovations to stimulate growth

  • Set Network productivity targets which drive EBIT growth
  • Enable retention & growth of the business by ensuring provision of consistently high performing cost base & service for all customers
  • Drive customer workshops to identify process improvements, alignments to standards
  • Ensure customer solution design is in line with standard.
  • Support new customer business onto the network, and migrate customers to standard operating model & systems
  • Deliver EBIT and Gross Profit targets for the business across the network in line with the IBP
  • Support creation of CRF's in case customer requirements supports further DHL growth and offering
  • Deliver SPL services & value proposition efficiently & effectively across the network, ensuring smooth implementation of new contracts
  • Provide market competitive unit cost, service across the regional network



Required Education and Experience

Bachelor degree required

7-10 years of experience in logistics operations

5 years of experience delivering complex projects and programs.
