What You’ll Do

  • Lead the Charge in Innovation: Oversee advanced process control and automation for raw material handling, batching, purified water systems, CIP processes, and fluid transfer operations.
  • Be a Change Maker: Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the organization, optimizing workflows and reducing costs while enhancing sustainability.
  • Solve Complex Challenges: Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and control systems to keep operations running smoothly.
  • Collaborate and Create: Partner with R&D to pilot and implement cutting-edge batching improvements that elevate product quality.
  • Own Projects End-to-End: Manage projects from concept to completion—delivering on scope, budget, and timing with precision.
  • Design the Future: Develop and implement automated processes, create detailed SOPs, PFDs, P&IDs, and other technical documentation that set the standard for excellence.
