Diese Aufgaben erwarten dich bei uns:

  • Entwicklung der Anlagenführer*innen und deren Kenntnisse rund um die Prozesssteuerung und des technischen Verständnisses

  • Verantwortung für das Centerline-, Changeover- und Change-Management DMS

  • Zuständig für die Datenerfassung und die Datenanalyse zu den Verlusten an den Linien

  • Verantwortung für die Fehlersuche, Fehlerbehebung und die strukturierte Problemlösung

  • Schulung der Mitarbeiter*innen

  • Vertretung des Line Leads bei dessen Abwesenheit

Du liebst salzige Snacks?
Perfekt! Damit erfüllst du bereits ein wichtiges Kriterium. Daneben solltest du mitbringen:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in einem lebensmittelnahen oder technischen Berufsbild wie z.B. Fachkraft für Lebensmitteltechnik oder Industriemechaniker*in bzw. Betriebs-/Maschinenschlosser*in, Energieanlagenelektroniker*in o.ä. und Erfahrung in der industriellen Lebensmittelproduktion

  • Fundierte, relevante Berufserfahrung

  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office, idealerweise erste Kenntnisse in SAP R3 und InforMES

  • Ausgeprägte Teamorientierung sowie die Fähigkeit, dein Team durch deine überzeugende Kommunikation zu motivieren

  • Hohes Maß an Zuverlässigkeit, Engagement und Flexibilität

  • Gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
