Senior Chemical Process Engineer

Athens, OH



What We're Looking For

  • :Chemical Engineer with 10–15+ years in coatings, adhesives, films, tapes, converting, paper, nonwovens, or similar continuous-process manufacturing
  • .Strong process optimization and troubleshooting background in a production environment
  • .Experience supporting and improving roll-to-roll coating, web handling, converting, drying, or similar manufacturing processes
  • .Ability to analyze production data, identify bottlenecks, improve yield/throughput, and reduce process variability
  • .Hands-on experience with DOE, SPC, Minitab, root-cause analysis, and process control methodologies
  • .Proven track record partnering with Operations, Quality, Maintenance, and R&D to solve technical challenges
  • .Experience scaling products/processes from pilot to commercial production preferred
  • .Adhesives, PSA, hot-melt, coatings, laminates, films, or polymer processing experience is highly desirable but not mandatory
