Primary Responsibilities

  • Responsible for representing Crown's Retail Sales Organization in the areas of Sales, Marketing, Activity Management, Quotation, and Business Analytics
  • Responsible for designing, creating and maintaining key business processes with Crown’s CRM solution
  • Responsible for ongoing support of Global users in Crown’s CRM solution
  • Conduct Global Blueprinting validation and design sessions related to SAP Cloud for Sales, Cloud for Marketing, and
  • Perform necessary system configuration to achieve business requirements for the specific area.
  • Coordinate system enhancements with Crown and Third-Party developers.
  • Provide support for current users and Crown Help Desk.
  • Create design and configuration documents to support new functionality, system enhancements and continuous improvement tasks.
  • Provide training and support for Global implementation and updates to Crown’s CRM solution.

Minimum Qualifications

 

  • High school diploma or equivalent, along with at least 8 years of experience is required.
  • Strong communication, computer and organizational skills
  • Occasional Travel (0-5%)

Preferred Qualifications

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, Programming, Applications Development or related field
  • Experience in writing and communicating technical processes and configuration documents 
  • SAP Hybris programming, development knowledge, and experience
  • Experience with SAP Marketing Cloud, SAP Sales Cloud (Cloud for Customer-C4C), SAP Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ), and SAP Analytics Cloud

This position is a hybrid role.  A reasonable commute to the New Bremen, OH location is necessary.
